Montpellier's John Utaka has revealed his delight with his impressive form this term, which has taken his team up to second in Ligue 1.
The former Portsmouth winger has been one of the stars of their campaign along with Premier League targets Olivier Giroud and Younes Belhanda.
Utaka, who scored the winner against Bordeaux last week, said: "I am very happy with my season so far and we will try and go for the title.
"I am happy to score goals for this team as they gave me a chance after the disappointment of leaving Portsmouth, but I still follow Pompey's results.
"We had a good team down there but it all went wrong. We had players like Boateng, Kanu and Dindane and we still went down.
"It was disappointing but I am enjoying my time here, hopefully it will continue until the end of the season."
