Charlton Athletic boss Chris Powell has been named League One manager of the month for February, while MK Dons striker Dean Bowditch took the player prize.
Powell has secured the monthly award for the third time this season after guiding the League One leaders to three wins and two draws from five games in February.
The month started belatedly on Valentine's Day with a 2-1 home win over MK Dons, which was followed by 1-1 draws against Tranmere Rovers and Rochdale.
The Addicks then beat Stevenage 2-0 at The Valley before rounding off the month with a resounding 4-0 victory at struggling Chesterfield.
March also started on a winning note following a last-gasp 1-0 success at Bournemouth, however, Charlton suffered a first home defeat of the season in midweek after losing 2-0 to Colchester United.
Powell's side entertain in-form Notts County this weekend, with Charlton currently 13 points ahead of second-placed Sheffield United.
Meanwhile, the monthly player award went to Bowditch after he scored four goals in five appearances in February.
Bowditch netted in the 2-1 defeat at Charlton before opening the scoring from the penalty spot in the 5-0 home thrashing of Oldham Athletic.
He then notched a decisive double in the 2-1 home success over Bury to take his tally for the season to 13 goals in all competitions.
