Reading boss Brian McDermott has been named the Championship Manager of the Month for February.
McDermott has been rewarded for guiding the Royals to four wins in the month, without conceding a goal in the process.
Reading's impressive form has seen them climb up the Championship table to third spot, just two points adrift of the automatic promotion places.
It was an awards double for the Madejski Stadium side with goalkeeper Adam Federici scooping the Player of the Month award for February.
The Australian has been a consistent figure for McDermott's men between the posts and he kept clean sheets in all four games during last month.
