Dagenham have signed versatile forward Josh Parker on a one-month loan deal from Oldham.

The 21-year-old started his career with QPR and has jumped at the chance to move back closer to home with John Still's side.

Parker made six first-team appearances for the London club and enjoyed loan spells at AFC Wimbledon, Northampton and Wycombe before joining Oldham last summer.

The Antigua & Barbuda international has made 18 appearances for the Latics this term but is yet to find the net.

Daggers boss Still said: "Josh is a player who we were interested in at the end of the season when he went to Oldham, he's a player with pace who plays wide.

"Just at this particular moment that's a position we need a bit of competition for and with a player of ours going out on loan shortly it made sense to bring him in."
