Barnet boss Lawrie Sanchez insists he is not bothered by speculation linking the league's leading scorer Izale McLeod to Crawley.
McLeod, who has 17 goals to his name but is out of contract at the end of the season, making him a reported target for the promotion hopefuls.
He was substituted at half-time with the Bees leading at Gillingham through Clovis Kamdjo's opener.
However, Andy Hessenthaler's men hit back with second-half goals from Dennis Oli, Jordan Obita and Charlie Lee to run out 3-1 winners and leave Barnet just three points above the relegation zone.
And Sanchez said: "I'm not worried about players leaving, you'll have to ask the chairman (Anthony Kleanthous).
"All I'm worried about is getting out of this hole we find ourselves in."
