Harry Kane was thrilled to make a goalscoring return to Brisbane Road with the England Under-19s.
The 18-year-old Tottenham striker scored five goals in 18 appearances on loan with Leyton Orient last season.
And Kane, who is now on loan at Millwall, marked his return to east London with a goal in the 2-1 win over the Czech Republic on Tuesday night.
"It's always great to score a goal but to get one back here was special," he told Orient's website.
"I didn't get to score at that end when I was here on loan so it's nice to get one now.
"It's a great stadium and the fans here are great. I really enjoyed my loan spell at Orient and I thank the club and the fans for that."
