Andrew Driver insists there are no longer any issues with Paulo Sergio after clearing the air with the Hearts manager.
The winger appeared to be on his way out of Tynecastle following a falling out with Sergio and he considered handing in a transfer request.
However, following discussions with the manager regarding his situation, Driver is now focused on enjoying a positive finish to the SPL season.
Driver told the Evening News: "It came to a head when we had the fallout before January.
"I think it was a lot to do with the way the club was going at that time. Now things have settled down.
"The manager and I have had a few conversations and I think our relationship has taken a turn for the better.
"I've got no complaints now. He can see from the way I'm training that my attitude is a lot better.
"I'm getting chances in the team, maybe that's due to the fact I'm working hard and I'm starting to get a bit fitter. I've no problems with him in that respect.
"The transfer request was never handed in. It was in my thoughts and we had a meeting about it but we never officially went ahead with it.
"But it was a frustrating time for me. I wasn't playing, there are no reserve games to play in when you're injured and we weren't getting paid.
"Now I've had time to think about it and I realise I just need to get back playing. I've got to kick on before the end of the season."
