Sky Sports understands that Notts County have appointed Keith Curle as their new manager.
The 48-year-old held talks over the weekend with the League One club, as Sky Sports revealed, after they parted company with Martin Allen on Saturday.
Curle has now accepted the offer to take charge and has already assembled a back-room staff that will include former Notts County goalkeeper Kevin Pilkington.
Curle had been considering whether to accept an offer from Neil Warnock to continue in his management team at Leeds United.
Warnock had worked with Curle at Queens Park Rangers and Crystal Palace, and rated the former England defender very highly.
But now Curle has opted to take up the managerial reins once again, following previous stints with Mansfield, Chester and Torquay.
