Manchester United are boosted by the return of Tom Cleverley for Saturday's showdown with old foes Liverpool.
Cleverley has been out of action since October with a foot injury, but the midfielder has been included in the squad for the visit of Liverpool to Old Trafford, live on Sky Sports HD2.
The 22-year-old was due to play in the reserves' clash against Chelsea earlier this week, but the game was postponed due to bad weather.
However, United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed Cleverley will be involved against Liverpool.
"Tom's training well. We were disappointed the Chelsea Reserves game was called off on Monday. But he'll be involved tomorrow," said Ferguson.
Chris Smalling, who missed last weekend's 3-3 draw at Chelsea, is available again after injury, but Phil Jones is missing with a back problem and the former Blackburn man is only likely to return in next week's Europa League clash with Ajax.
"There's not much change on the injury front for us," added Ferguson. "I think Smalling could be available, but all the rest is as it was last Sunday.
"Phil Jones got a knock against City, which he never quite recovered from, but he'll be fit for the Ajax game."
