Sky Sports understands Coventry have signed Manchester United youngster Oliver Norwood on loan until the end of the season.
Norwood returned to Old Trafford at the beginning of this month after enjoying a successful loan spell at Scunthorpe during the first half of the campaign.
The Northern Ireland international, who came through the youth ranks at United, made 19 appearances for the Iron to catch the attention of several clubs.
Coventry's Championship rivals Peterborough and League One promotion hopefuls MK Dons were thought to be chasing the 20-year-old midfielder but the Sky Blues have won the race for his signature.
Norwood is seen as a key player for the future at United and the club were keen to see him continue his development on loan.
