Juventus have announced that Sevilla defender Martin Caceres is currently having a medical at the club.
The two clubs have already agreed that Juventus will pay a loan fee of €1.5 million euros to take him for the rest of the season, before signing him for €8 million euros at the end of the season.
Caceres, 24, previously played for the club in 2009-10 while on-loan from Barcelona before he joined Sevilla, and he revealed he is desperate to play under Juve coach Antonio Conte.
"I'm looking forward to working with coach Conte," he told Sky Italia.
"He really wanted me. I've not spoken to my former team-mates but I know Giorgio Chiellini is waiting to welcome me there.
"I really want to help them to battle for the Scudetto."
