Schalke teenager Julian Draxler claims Italian giants Inter Milan are monitoring his progress.
The 18-year-old attacking midfielder is under contract until June 2016 but he has admitted to being flattered by the link to the three-time European champions.
Draxler, who is the youngest Bundesliga debutant in Schalke's history, has also recently been linked with Arsenal after scoring one goal and assisting four in 17 matches this season.
He told Sport-Bild weekly: "My agent has given me info that even Inter Milan of Serie A have been monitoring me.
"This is a brand new feeling for me. I feel great. I am honoured by the fact.
"My contract with Schalke is long-term and I am able to see that I am far off being an experienced player just now. I am keen to leave my mark in the Bundesliga."
