Bosnian trains with Black Cats

Zlatan Muslimovic's agent has confirmed the Bosnian forward spent Tuesday training with Sunderland. The 30-year-old striker was with Scottish giants Rangers earlier in the week but agent Jan Bezemer claims Muslimovic today turned his attention to the Black Cats as he continues his search for a new club. "Zlatan trained at Rangers yesterday," said Bezemer, in remarks reported by STV. "Everything was nice and we were interested. "But now another offer has come in to train at another club. Zlatan trained at Sunderland today and we will now see how that works out. "Zlatan had a very good feeling about Rangers. They are a very nice club, the trainer was a good man and he spoke very well. "Rangers want him but we have lots of interest in the player. He would like to play in a good league. The leagues in Scotland and England fall into that category." Muslimovic, who has scored 12 goals in 33 caps for his country, left PAOK Salonika in the summer and has extensive experience of European football having spent eight years in Italy prior to his three-year spell in Greece.
