Goran Pandev's agent says there is no guarantee the striker will stay at Napoli when his loan deal expires at the end of the season.
The Macedonian forward joined Inter Milan from Lazio in July 2009, but only managed two goals in two years with the Nerazzurri.
He joined Napoli on loan on deadline day last summer and is gradually regaining his confidence in Naples, scoring in his last two matches.
But Pandev's agent Carlo Pallavicino told a local radio station that the striker could be on the move again this summer.
Pallavicino said: "Pandev's future here depends on many things and I can't say anything at this time but I would be happy if he could stay here.
"Pandev is more interested in human aspects than economic ones and Napoli have given him back the dignity of a champion, which is more important than any number in a bank account."
