Birmingham City manager Chris Hughton insists the club have yet to receive any enquiries for defender Liam Ridgewell following reports he is set to leave St Andrew's.
Ridgewell wanted to quit the Championship club during the summer window, but saw a transfer request rejected before the August deadline.
The 27-year-old was linked with the likes of Everton, Queens Park Rangers, Newcastle United and West Bromwich Albion during the summer following Blues' relegation to the Championship.
Reports have claimed that Newcastle remain interested in Ridgewell, particularly given the injury problems which have recently hit Alan Pardew's defence.
Stoke City have also been tipped to make a move for the former Aston Villa stopper, who has made over 170 appearances since joining Birmingham in 2007.
However, Hughton says there have been no approaches for Ridgewell following the renewed speculation about the player's future.
Hughton told the Birmingham Mail: "There will be speculation but at this moment we've not had one enquiry for him."
