Sheffield United boss Danny Wilson has been named League One manager of the month for December.
The Blades won all five of their fixtures during the month - including four league victories which have lifted Wilson's promotion-chasing side into the top three.
The month began with an FA Cup second-round success against Torquay United at Bramall Lane.
Wilson, who took over in the summer amid protests from United fans, said: "The award is recognition for all the staff and players' hard work at the club.
"While it is only awarded to the manager it is something that can only be achieved through everyone working together."
Huddersfield Town striker Jordan Rhodes picked up the division's player of the month gong.
League One's top scorer took his seasonal tally to 20 with six goals in four games during December - including four against Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Wednesday.
Terriers boss Lee Clark said: "I'm not surprised that he has won the award - he was outstanding last month.
"It's not just his goals, his overall performances have been of the highest quality."
