Skysports.com understands Blackpool and MK Dons are keen on Leyton Orient midfielder Dean Cox.
The 24-year-old is out of contract at Orient at the end of the season and the League One club are eager for him to stay.
Cox has been offered a new deal by the Os, but is also attracting interest from rival clubs following a string of impressive displays.
He has been an influential figure for the club since joining from Brighton & Hove Albion in 2010 and has scored six goals in League One this season.
Promotion chasing MK Dons are understood to be among Cox's admirers, while Championship side Blackpool are keeping tabs on his situation.
