Wolfsburg have delved into the transfer market once again and made

Portuguese forward Vieirinha their fourth new signing this winter.

The 25-year-old has joined from PAOK Salonika for an undisclosed fee, signing a contract with the Bundesliga club until the summer of 2015.

He put pen to paper on the deal in Wolfsburg on Tuesday before returning to Greece, where he will bid farewell to his former club before their fixture with Levadiakos on Wednesday night.

He will then return to Germany to train with his new team-mates in preparation for the second half of the Bundesliga season.

Wolfsburg coach Felix Magath is confident the forward can help the club in a variety of ways.

"Vieirinha has impressed both as a provider and a finisher at PAOK and these qualities should improve our threat in front of goal," said Magath in a press release.

"He is a versatile forward with good dribbling qualities and he can play both centrally and out wide."

Vieirinha joins three other new faces at Wolfsburg, following Slobodan Medojevic, Ferhan Hasani and Petr Jiracek to the 2009 Bundesliga champions.
