Leeds United manager Simon Grayson has hailed Danny Pugh's versatility after the club secured his signature on a permanent basis.
The Stoke City midfielder had been on loan at Elland Road - his second spell for the club - after rejoining in September.
Pugh has now signed a two-and-a-half-year contract with Leeds after an undisclosed sum was paid for his services.
The 29-year-old has already operated in a number of positions and Grayson believes he is a 'good' addition to his squad.
"Danny is a versatile player and is a good addition to the squad," he told the club's official website.
"He can play a few positions, he has already shown people what he is about, and it's good to have him on a permanent basis."
