Rangers midfielder John Fleck is set to leave the club on loan with Sheffield United thought to be leading the chase for the player.
Sheffield United tried to sign the 20-year-old in the summer, but failed to tie up a move for Fleck before the transfer window closed.
Fleck is well down the pecking order at Ibrox, having made just three appearances for Rangers this season and Gers boss Ally McCoist is happy to let move out on loan.
"I have had a chat with John and we both feel that it's really important that he gets games and starts to play regularly," McCoist told the club's official website.
"If there is an opportunity for John to go out and play and it suits both us and him then that will be the case.
