Barnet striker Izale McLeod has described their Boxing Day defeat to Dagenham as a "bad day at the office".
The Bees go into their next game against table-toppers Crawley without a win in December, but McLeod insists that Monday's disappointment can prompt an increased performance from his teammates.
He told London24: "It was a bad day at the office for us.
"It was one of those days where it didn't go for us. On another day, we would have taken our chances and won the game.
"The manager isn't happy, but none of us are. We're all very disappointed.
"We've got to pick ourselves up now for the next game and hopefully get something from that."
