Wolves boss Mick McCarthy has played down reports linking the club with Leeds United striker Ross McCormack.
The Molineux tactician was believed to have targeted the Scottish striker, who has 10 Championship goals this season.
McCormack began the season in fine fashion, but has one goal from his last 11 league games for the Elland Road club.
McCarthy is not ruling out a move in future for the 25-year-old, but says a transfer is not imminent.
"I haven't had any interest in McCormack, so you can say 'Mick McCarthy revealed he's not interested in Ross McCormack'," he told the Yorkshire Evening Post.
"That doesn't mean to say I won't go back and sign him but there's been none at all."
