QPR winger Lee Cook has extended his loan spell at League One outfit Leyton Orient for a second month until January 21.

Cook's initial month-long stint ended after Saturday's 2-1 win over Notts County, but he has agreed to stay on at Brisbane Road. Cook has made four appearances for the O's so far and is now available to manager Russell Slade for another six games. The 29-year-old had previously played just 82 minutes of first-team football for Rangers in 2011 having slipped well down the pecking order under Neil Warnock.
