Former Germany captain linked with MLS move

Bayer Leverkusen general manager Rudi Voller expects Michael Ballack to leave the club at the end of the season. The former Chelsea star and ex-Germany captain will be out of contract in the summer of 2012 and has been linked with a move to the MLS. Ballack has said he wants to continue to play at a high level, but Voller fears this will not be at BayArena. Voller told Sky Deutschland television regarding the midfielder: "At this moment, the trend is he will leave our club come the end of the season. "I am not expecting this, but things seem to go this way."
