Sheffield Wednesday manager Gary Megson rates Huddersfield's Jordan Rhodes "the best striker outside the Premier League".
Rhodes scored all four goals for the Terriers in Saturday's 4-4 draw at Hillsborough, his last effort a superb finish from the edge of the penalty area deep in time added on to take his tally for the season to 19 in 20 appearances.
Megson told Wednesday's official website: "If you make mistakes you get punished and we did. Jordan Rhodes, in my opinion, is the best striker outside the Premier League and he will play in the Premier League. His finishing was marvellous."
Megson saw his side hit back from two-down to lead 4-2 before conceding twice in the last 13 minutes, but refused to dwell on any disappointment.
He added: "We had over 28,000 in the ground, which is the biggest crowd in the division this weekend and one of the biggest outside of Premier League.
"We may struggle at some, but never the support. We showed the heart, fight and desire to get back into the game after going 2-0 down to score the next four against one of the best sides in the division."
