Hogan Ephraim believes Charlton and their manager Chris Powell are a "perfect match".
Winger Ephraim has been hugely impressed with what he has seen at The Valley since joining on loan from QPR last month, with Powell having guided the Addicks to the top of League One.
"You see the manager here and the impression people have is they want to go and play for him - that's a great asset for Charlton," he told the club's official website.
"There are not many players out there who wouldn't have heard of Chris Powell, especially in this country.
"They will keep on hearing good reports about what he does on the training pitch and his team playing good football and scoring a lot of goals.
"I know he has played for other clubs but when you think of him you straight away think of Charlton. I think it's the pefect match and hopefully we can have a fairytale season."
