Skysports.com understands Everton have joined Swansea in the race for Northern Ireland hot-shot Rory Donnelly.
Swansea confirmed they agreed a fee with Cliftonville for Donnelly and were set to hold talks with the 19-year-old, but now Everton have thrown their hat into the ring for the highly-rated forward.
Everton are now understood to have agreed a fee with Cliftonville for Donnelly and have been given permission to hold talks with the player.
It is believed Donnelly's agent, Gerry Carlile, will hold talks with Swansea and Everton in the next 24 hours as he considers his options.
A number of other clubs are thought to be weighing up moves for Donnelly, with Cliftonville expecting more offers for the player in the coming days.
