Nottingham Forest midfielder Chris Cohen has expressed his frustration at being forced to watch the club's Championship struggles from the sidelines.
Cohen suffered cruciate ligament damage against Derby County in September and he is hoping to return to action before the end of the season.
During his absence, Forest have changed manager, with Steve Cotterill replacing Steve McClaren, but the club are stuck in the relegation zone.
The 24-year-old is disappointed he is unable to help Forest's cause, but is optimistic an upturn in results is around the corner.
"It's hard at the moment with results not going too well because I'm desperate for us to win but I can't actually affect things in any way," Cohen told the club's official website.
"I would be a lot more worried if we weren't playing well and creating chances.
"I think one goal could really change things, get us going again and things would turn around really quickly."
