Cheltenham Town striker Darryl Duffy has urged his team-mates not to let their dream FA Cup date with Tottenham Hotspur disrupt their league form.
The Robins' reward for dumping Blue Square Premier side Luton Town out of the competition earlier this month is a January trip to White Hart Lane.
However, Cheltenham are flying high in third in League Two, with automatic promotion in their sights, and Duffy says that they cannot afford to lose focus with the crucial festive period on the horizon.
"It is a massive game for everyone involved with the club and it is one which everyone will be looking forward to, but at the same time we've got a lot of games to get through between now and then," Duffy told skysports.com.
"There are a lot of important league games to put our energy into first before thinking about Spurs, but when it comes round it will definitely be one to relish.
"We've got Shrewsbury, Rotherham, Port Vale and Barnet away in the festive period, so there are no easy games in there for us, but hopefully we can come out of this period in a good position and we can look back on December as another good month for us.
"We had to make a few changes on Saturday once again and the boys that came in did their chances of earning a recall no harm whatsoever.
"We've got a very strong squad here this year and we will certainly need it to get through the next run of games."
