Defender could miss the rest of the season after suffering knee injury

Inverness Caledonian Thistle manager Terry Butcher fears Chris Hogg will miss the rest of the season after suffering a knee injury against Dundee United. Hogg was stretchered off after just 15 minutes of Inverness' 3-2 home defeat by the Terrors and is facing a long spell on the sidelines. Caley Thistle had led 2-0 against United before throwing away the lead and Butcher admits Hogg's injury has compounded a disappointing day. Butcher said: "It appears that Chris Hogg will be out until the end of the season. "I don't want to say too much because he'll go for a scan next week to assess how bad his knee is, but I fear the worst. "He will now be missing for our next game against Rangers, as will David Davis, while we've got three right-backs currently out through injury, so it's been an unbelievable day."
