Charlton Athletic boss Chris Powell has won the League One Manager of the Month award for November.
Powell has helped the Addicks maintain their spot at the top of the table by guiding them to maximum points in their three league fixtures in the month.
The Valley chief beat Sheffield Wednesday boss Gary Megson, MK Dons manager Karl Robinson and Bury's Richie Barker to the award.
The Addicks overcame Preston and Brentford last month as well as ending Huddersfield's 43-match unbeaten league run with an impressive 2-0 win at the Valley.
Charlton's fine form has helped them extend their lead at the top of the table to seven points as they look to secure promotion to the Championship.
It was an awards double for the London club with highly-rated defender Michael Morrison scooping the League One Player of the Month prize.
And Powell paid tribute to the impact Morrison has had on the side this term.
"Michael fully deserves this award. He's been a key part of our squad so far this season," said Powell.
"He's been ever-present and, while he may not always grab the headlines, every successful team needs a strong spine, which he has helped to provide.
"I look forward to many more high quality performances from him over the coming months."
