Hannover are discussing the possibility of signing a striker in the January transfer window.
The hierarchy of the Bundesliga club are to negotiate their targets at a meeting on Wednesday, amid reports Wolfsburg's Srdjan Lakic is an option.
And while the club has declined to comment on interest in the 28-year-old, Kind has confirmed all issues are on the agenda for the midweek talks.
He told BILD: "We are to discuss every aspect during a meeting of the authorities of the club on Wednesday.
"I am actually too busy, but still we are to consider our situation during this meeting we have on Wednesday."
Questioned whether Lakic is a target for the club, Hannover manager Mirko Slomka said: "I am not able to make a statement on that at this moment in time."
Meanwhile, Hannover's former Germany international, Jan Schlaudraff, is considering leaving the club as a free agent at the end of the season.
Schlaudraff told kicker-Sportmagazin: "The basic question is whether I am to keep hold of my current status at my current club. Or if I am going to try to do something new."
