Reports have indicated that Oldham are yet to receive any offers for highly-rated midfielder Chris Taylor.
National newspaper reports have linked the 24-year-old with a move to the Championship, with Reading, Watford and Peterborough named as the clubs expressing interest.
However, the Boundary Park club insist there have been no concrete offers for Taylor ahead of the January transfer window.
Last week Latics manager Paul Dickov revealed discussions to extend the contracts of Taylor and team-mate Kieran Lee were at a preliminary stage.
"We will try to keep the majority of our better players together as we want to build something big here," Dickov told Oldham's official website.
