Swansea City have given Hayes & Yeading hot prospect Luke Williams a chance to impress on trial.
Swans manager Brendan Rodgers knows the 21-year-old midfielder from when he was a part of Reading's Academy and the Northern Irishman was the youth coach.
They will be reunited again at the Liberty Stadium and Rodgers cannot wait to see the young midfielder in action.
"Hayes & Yeading have produced some good players in the past, including (Blackburn striker) Jason Roberts," Rodgers said in the South Wales Evening Post.
"And they have a young player at the moment that has caught the attention of teams. I have worked with him before, so I know he is a real talent.
"I know the manager there (former Reading coach Nas Bashir) and I have said to him that we will get Luke down here for a few days."
Bashir insists that many clubs within the Football League are interested in Williams and he believes the youngster could end up playing at a high level.
"Brendan knows what a talent he is from when Luke was at Reading," Bashir said. "Luke then dropped out of the system, but we have got him back enjoying his football.
"We had three or four inquiries from other clubs. He will play at a higher level, definitely professionally, and he could get up to Championship level."
