Skysports.com understands Bournemouth have made a bid for Swindon midfielder Matt Ritchie.
Cherries boss Lee Bradbury is keen to bolster his ranks before Thursday's loan deadline and he is thought to have targeted a move for the Robins man.
Bournemouth are believed to have made an approach to sign Ritchie initially on loan before making the move permanent in January.
The former Portsmouth player has been in superb form for Swindon this season and has been one of the standout performers in League Two.
The 22-year-old has netted six goals so far and has established himself as a key player in Paolo Di Canio's side.
Swindon would be loathe to lose Ritchie as they look to keep hold of their best players as they aim to mount a bid for promotion.
