Antonio Cassano has returned to AC Milan's headquarters for the first time since undergoing heart surgery.
Cassano was taken to hospital at the end of October after falling ill following the Rossoneri's 3-2 victory over Roma.
It was initially unclear what the problem was, but Milan later announced that he would require a heart operation after suffering an ischaemic stroke.
He was discharged from hospital a fortnight ago and has now been reunited with his team-mates after making an appearance at the Milanello Sports Centre, the club's training base.
Cassano, 29, will now begin a lengthy period of rehabilitation that is expected to take around six months.
He will be constantly monitored by the club's medical staff and it is hoped he could then be fit to return to action.
