Aly Cissohko is refusing to get caught up in another round of transfer gossip, with speculation again linking him with a move away from Lyon.
The France international was reported to be attracting interest from a number of top clubs over the summer, with Liverpool understood to be among those leading the chase.
The Reds have since filled their left-back position with Jose Enrique, but rumours continue to suggest that Cissokho is destined for pastures new.
Lyon's financial upheaval has only served to fuel the fire, with the club admitting that they may be forced to part with their prized assets in an effort to balance the books.
Cissokho is aware that his name has been tossed back into the ring, with the transfer winter set to swing open again in the New Year.
He is, however, paying little attention to the rumours and is keen to avoid allowing outside interference to adversely impact on his performances.
"There is nothing concrete so far," the 24-year-old told L'Equipe.
"I know what the club is expecting from me.
"Everything that is rumoured is of no importance to me, I don't even need to deny things because I am focused on my own season."
