Stephen Hunt has hit out at the referee and accused Louis Saha of playing for a penalty after Everton scored late on to beat Wolves.
Hunt had put Wolves ahead with a penalty of his own in the first half, but Everton fought back and Leighton Baines secured the points from the spot in the 83rd minute.
The midfielder felt that Saha had earned the decision by stopping and causing Stephen Ward to run into him before going down.
He told The Sun: "We feel hard done by with the second goal. It wasn't a corner and it was a harsh penalty.
"Saha was clever about it but the referee wasn't the best. To a certain degree you are looking for a strong referee.
"I'm not here to criticise them - they have a difficult job - but Saha was clearly not blatantly pushed.
"He has used his momentum to stop and let Wardy run into him. It's more clever than anything else. He's played for the penalty and has got it."
