Swansea ace Scott Sinclair has apologised for his horror miss during the narrow defeat to Manchester United.
Sinclair missed a gilt-edged chance to draw Swansea level against United at the Liberty Stadium when he somehow miskicked his effort with the goal at his mercy.
The England Under 21 international admitted he had no excuses for the miss and he is keen to look move on from the incident.
"I should have tucked it away," Sinclair told the Daily Mirror. "It came to me quick and I didn't get a proper contact on it.
"I should have scored - on any other day I would have put it away, but unfortunately it didn't happen for me this time.
"Maybe I should have reacted better, but in football you make mistakes and you've just got to carry on."
