Goalkeeper does not know what direction his career will take

Goalkeeper Tim Wiese admits his future at Werder Bremen is uncertain amid speculation he could leave at the end of the season. The 29-year-old, who joined the club in the summer of 2005, is under contract until June 2012 and if he was not to agree a new deal Bremen may have to look at selling at the end of the current campaign. Wiese, a back-up to Manuel Neuer in the Germany squad, is not unhappy at Bremen, but he has also not given any assurances over his career. He told Express regarding his future: "I simply just do not know. I am seven years with Werder Bremen at this point in time. "I have played a lot in European Cup competitions, played three German Cup finals and like my job at the club. I am still open to everything. "Bremen is a top club. We have been top of the Bundesliga at times. We played good matches in Europe. This is a good success."
