New boss McInnes under no pressure to sell

Championship strugglers Bristol City insist star winger Albert Adomah is not leaving Ashton Gate. Adomah, 23, has reportedly caught the eye of Premier League scouts after a series of exciting displays for the Robins. Chairman Colin Sexstone is adamant that City will not cash in on their prized asset as new boss Derek McInnes looks to transform their fortunes. Former Barnet man Adomah, City's current player of the year, is under contract until 2014.

Attention

"Albert is a Bristol City player and we want it to stay that way," Sexstone told the Bristol Evening Post. "We are building for the future under a new manager and we are not in the business of letting our best players go. "We are aware that players of Albert's quality are going to attract attention, but we have received no phone calls about him yet. "He is a very talented player and one we intend keeping. He's enjoying his football here and we do not need to sell."
