Patrick Kisnorbo insists Leeds have the hunger within their squad to ensure they will have a major say in the destination of the Championship crown.
The Australian defender played a pivotal role in last Sunday's win at Leicester which lifted the Whites up to seventh place in the table.
And he is convinced a string of positive results will ensure his side remain among the contenders when the honours are dished out.
"What's so unique about the Championship this year is that you could be 20th all year, get three wins and then you're right up there," he told the club's official website.
"I think the main aim for us is to keep this momentum going and then to push on as much as we can.
"We all know what we can do. We all believe in each other and we are a very unified squad with great character."
