Republic of Ireland manager Giovanni Trapattoni remains hopeful of having defender John O'Shea available for the second leg of his side's Euro 2012 play-off tie against Estonia.
The Sunderland man has been ruled out of the first game in Tallinn on Friday night due to injury problems.
But Trapattoni is hoping O'Shea could be fit for the return leg in Dublin four days later.
"We will wait for John O'Shea," said the Italian. "He is not fit for this [the first] game, but he will come with us on Saturday."
Shane Long and Liam Lawrence have already been ruled out, while Leon Best is due to have a scan on his groin injury before a decision can be made on his availability.
