Josue expects Wolfsburg stay

Wolfsburg's Josue does not believe his time at the club is coming to an end despite falling down the pecking order in recent times.

Midfielder has no problem with manager Magath

Wolfsburg midfielder Josue does not believe his time at the club is coming to an end despite falling down the pecking order in recent times. The defensive-minded Brazilian has been with the Wolves since 2007 and had been a key player until this season, racking up more than 120 appearances. However, he no longer appears to be as central a figure in Felix Magath's plans and was substituted at the start of the second half in last weekend's 3-2 defeat at home to Bayern Munich. Speculation has therefore surfaced that Josue, who is under contract at the club until June 2013, could soon be on his way elsewhere.

No obligation

The 32-year-old does not believe that will be the case and, after insisting he has no problem with Magath, has vowed to rediscover his best form. "Definitely, I am as disappointed as any other player when getting substituted," he told kicker-Sportmagazin. "Still, the manager is the boss, he has no obligation to explain his decisions to me. "I do not think my spell at Wolfsburg will end this season. I am still the old Josue that I was back in the 2008/09 season."
