Dagenham & Redbridge goalkeeper Chris Lewington has put pen to paper on a new three-year contract.
Lewington joined from Leatherhead in 2009 and took the number one slot at Victoria Road for the current season following the retirement of long-serving veteran Tony Roberts.
The 23-year-old has impressed in 19 appearances this term despite the Daggers' struggles at the wrong end of npower League Two.
Manager John Still told Dagenham's official website: "Chris has done very well.
"I think the fact that he's taken over from a legend in Robbo isn't easy and it's very hard to fill his boots.
"But in what has been a very disappointing start to the season he has been a standout performer and I'm sure he's a player with a big future in the game."
