Rangers youngster sidelined

Rangers have confirmed that Northern Ireland international Andrew Little is out of action for six weeks. The versatile 22-year-old, who can play in defence, midfield or up-front, strained a medical ligament whilst on loan at English League Two side Port Vale. Now scans have confirmed that Little will be sidelined for six weeks, at which point he could return to the Potteries. "It was reassuring to get confirmation of the extent of the problem and I'm hoping I will be back in six weeks," said Little. "I will be on crutches for a wee while and I will need a brace too but the work starts now about getting things sorted out. "It's a case of the injury healing and thankfully I'm working with great people at Murray Park so hopefully everything goes well."
