Rangers boss Ally McCoist insists his whole team deserves credit for their record of 13 straight SPL away wins.
The champions have conceded just one goal during the remarkable spell which they aim to extend when they visit Aberdeen on Saturday.
McCoist does not want to tempt fate by talking about the run, but admits it has been built on a solid defensive foundation.
And stand-in Gers captain Steven Davis believes games away from Ibrox tend to suit their style of play.
"It's a remarkable run that all the players are on, in terms of their defending, because they all take pride in it - not just the goalkeeper and defence," McCoist told Rangers TV.
"It's an overall team thing.
"The basis of a lot of good teams is sound defences and sound goalkeeping. We've certainly had that on the road and long may it continue.
"We've got a very difficult away fixture coming up but up until now we have been very pleased."
Midfielder Davis added: "You find when teams come to Ibrox they are going to sit in and make it difficult for you for long periods of the game. You expect that.
"Away from home maybe teams open up a little bit more and there's that little bit more freedom."
