Coventry City midfielder Carl Baker has pledged his future to the Championship strugglers by signing a contract extension at the Ricoh Arena.
Baker, who is currently sidelined with an ankle injury, has made over 60 appearances for the Sky Blues since joining from Stockport County in January 2010.
He has now extended his deal and Coventry manager Andy Thorn is delighted the 28-year-old is staying with the club.
"Carl is just the sort of player we want to keep at this club," Thorn told the club's official website.
"He showed his qualities when he scored earlier this season and I'm delighted he has agreed to extend his contract with us.
"He is an exciting player, he is a great character to have around the dressing room and his attitude and application are exceptional so I for one am very pleased."
