Brentford defender Shaleum Logan is back in full training after two months on the sidelines.
The former Manchester City full-back damaged ankle ligaments in the win at Exeter back in August.
But Logan, 22, has been pencilled in for a run-out in the development squad's game against Crystal Palace next week and will then challenge Watford loanee Adam Thompson for his place at right-back.
Boss Uwe Rosler told the Hounslow Chronicle: "Shaleum's back in training and will play for the development squad next week. He's an important player for us.
"Thommo has done very well and filled the gap brilliantly, but Shaleum's a different type of player."
