Leyton Orient manager Russell Slade has hailed Kevin Lisbie's role in his side's recent revival.
Former Charlton and Ipswich striker Lisbie scored twice as the Os beat Scunthorpe 3-2 on Saturday.
Slade has now seen his side win back-to-back matches to lift themselves off the foot of the table, having previously gone 10 league games without a victory.
Lisbie now has three goals to his name since joining the club at the end of August and Slade is backing him to fire them up the table.
"Lisbie scored two great goals and that's what you want," he said.
"When the ball goes in the box and there's an opportunity to get a goal, he gets one."
